Having lectured instructors at some of the biggest fitness conventions around the world and worked with some of the best trainers I feel in the perfect position to improve peoples lives through health, wellness and fitness in the work place and at home. I have been in the health and fitness industry for well over 25 years, working across Europe and the US and constently learning and eductaing myself, which I still contunue to do. I have found that many of my personal training clients find it hard to be consistent with their health and well-being in the work place or working in general. They also pick up bad habits and injuries, sometimes from the simplest movement or sitting incorrectly for hours at a time – all these are easily solved and rectified. Many use work as an excuse to not be able to exercise (lack of time) or eat healthy (lack of time to prepare or poor food choices at work), again this is something I have worked on successfully with all my clients.
