All bookings include body assessments, nutrition plans & access to my live online classes. I have a private studio where I train my clients and also coach clients all round the world via the Zoom app. Each personal training session is 45 minutes including warm up and stretch. For best results I advise you train 3-5 times per week, this can be PT, gym, home workouts, classes etc. However my clients who constantly hit their goals train with me 2+ times per week.
Want to train with a friend(s) save £s with Group Personal Training in groups of 2 or 3. A great way to achieve your goals with friends or work colleagues, working together is both motivational and accountable to the whole group. Save 33% per person with 2 people and save a huge 45% per person with 3 people!

Body Assessment – £69…Great if you already train and just want to track your results. This consists of x2 sessions (2nd 2-8 weeks later) and includes Body assessment: body composition/body fat, body measurements and weight, posture and flexibility check and fit test (strength and endurance).
Personal Training Taster Session – £21…Great if you have never done personal training and not confident to commit to a full course yet – 30 minute session.
