With over 20 years in the fitness industry and 10 years running my personal training company I have the passion and experience for all fitness levels and ages. Over the years I have designed my own very effective training techniques which have had amazing results. I call this form of training F.F.I.T. Systems. 

Personal training can all be on a 1-2-1 basis and/or in a group of 2-3 people.  Your first session will be your fitness test and body assessment (posture, body alignment/balance, body fat % and measurements)  From here I can design your specific program to meet your needs and to correct any problems.  We can meet once a month or 5 times per week – its completely up to you.  I can design home workouts and gym workouts for you to do when not in personal training.  A full nutrition plan will also be supplied with each package. Min package is x6 45 minute sessions.

First let me explain about a tried and long established training method... High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) H.I.I.T. exercise are simply highly effective fat burning exercises based around the principles of EPOC.
