All bookings include body assessments, nutrition plans, fit tests/challenges & free access to my online workouts and meal plans.

PLUS new for 2019 month group motivation meetings where we all get together for support and any questions you have – this is optional and once a month with other PT clients includes healthy treats and a free coffee or green tea.

Block of x10 sessions

x10 session/x2-3 per week – to be used within 6 weeks, body assessment 1st and 10th session:

Sessions with 2 or 3 people will for certain sessions and body assessments increased to 60 minutes at no extra charge.

Courses are very flexible around holidays, for example a 12 week course may take 14 weeks to complete if you have a 2 week holiday.
